Expired SubUser Status

    If a main user has no active subscriptions and therefore has a status of 2, what status should their subusers have please?

    Looking through my system some subusers have a status of 0 and others 2. What might cause the difference and does it matter? Are subusers with status of 0 liable to be deleted if the delete pending uses after x days is active?

    Hello Edward,

    In case of user has not any other subscriptions besides one that parent user assign to him then he become pending
    otherwise his status depends on other subscriptions.

    Yes, pending subusers will be deleted if you enable option to delete pending users.
