Expiration E-mail

    I have set up an expiration e-mail under protected content, but it doesn't appear to be sending.

    All of my users have a product in category membership. They may also have products in other categories, but membership is the main category. I need to have it send the e-mail 7 days before expiration. I thought I had it set up, but all of our members expire on either 3/31/15 or 4/1/15 and the e-mails did not get sent out.

    This is the definition of my e-mail message:
    Send E-Mail when subscription expires (required) - I selected the Membership category here
    Send E-Mail only if customer has no subscription (optional) - I did not select anything here
    Send E-Mail Message - 7 days before expiration

    The members who have already renewed have a membership that expires on 4/1/15 and a new membership for the same product that begins on 4/1/15 and expires 4/1/16.

    On the same note, can I do filter for people who expire on 3/31/15 or 4/1/15 and do not have a future product? This way I can filter for these users and send an e-mail on demand.
