I began using amember trial version, and although I had a few sorry moments trying to install it myself, the support given to me (including installation) from Alex and crew was great. I was up and running with their guidance in no time. When satisfied that the programme was suitable (more than suitable) for my needs, I purchased and downloaded the full version. I decided to have a go at installation myself, following the instructions, and found that it went smoothly and without hitch. I had some questions regarding customisation, and again the support and guidance was quick and very helpful. I had a choice of many website member software, but am glad I went for this one !
