Error after moving to another hosting & domain

    I can not access some admin pages such as setup / configuration , e - mail users , etc.

    An Error has occurred
    An internal error happened in the script, please contact webmaster for details

    in the initial domain , I set to maintenance , now I can not restore its
    how do I fix it ?
