Any troubleshooting ideas to help me figure out how come emails aren't working? I sent an email to a group of users - didn't arrive. Send an email to myself as a user - didn't arrive. Did a test of the purchase / auto-responder system - didn't arrive. I have aWeber integrated and it appears to be configured properly as the instructions show. Advice welcome. I need this up and running pronto as I bought this whole program to run a big sales event which is set to start in a week. Gah.
Thank you for the suggestion. I was able to find a solution and now it seems like they work again (phew). Do you have any idea if it's possible to get access to a copy of an email previously sent? I can't seem to find it and am loathe to have to write it all again if it's possible to use the original one. Thanks!
lisamarief - On the left menu, click on E-Mail Users. At the bottom of the screen, you should see the emails you have recently sent. Clicking the green arrow will pull the email up to resend it. Be sure to change your search criteria so you don't resend to the same people! Alternatively, you can select the text and copy it, then paste it into a new email.
