I have occasional users who claim they cannot download protected PDF files.
Is there a way to get a per user file download count?
This is something I would think could have been implemented quite some time ago.

There should be a detail report on each user page that shows the files they have downloaded and the exact time and IP. I know there is am access log for this but a per file basis would be very helpful.

    TIA

    Hello,

It is already possible actually. You need to enable 'Download Limit' for your files.
aMember CP -> Protect Content -> Files (Limit Downloads Count)

    file-settings.png

Then in user profile in admin interface you will see log of file downloads with time and IP
aMember CP -> Users -> Browser Users -> (edit) -> File Downloads

    file-log.png

    Best Regards.
