Hi, We're giving 30 days free for our product and we don't want the users to have to enter credit card information at signup. How can we get Amember to stop asking for credit card info? I've set the first price as 0 for 1 month and charge $10 for second price until canceled. Thanks for any help. Chris
How do you want to bill customer later (second and subsequent recurring payment) without billing info? You can set up two separate product. First - free trial. Second paid product. This way aMember will not access billing info when user signup for free product. You can configure free product that customer can get access to it only once. Use will need to manually purchase paid product when his trial expire.
