Already mailed but no response so far. I just read 1 topic below about different memberships. My question is basically the same but with the Vbulletin plugin involved. I noticed that forums who use Amember simply bill all new members who sign up. Now what i want is the possibility for everyone to sign up for free for my Vbulletin forum but with limited access. So they can only access certain parts of the forum. If they want to access other parts they have to pay. Know what i mean? Is this possible through Amember and the Vbulletin plugin? Thanks.

Sure this is possible . Plugin allow to assign each vBulletin group to a product inside aMember. So when user will purchase that product he will be added to corresponding group.
I must be missing something. I'm setting it up right now but i don't understand how they can sign up for free if the sign up process goes through Amember. I have a paid signup option so they are forced to pay right away.
You can setup these users two ways: 1. From amember CP -> Add user 2. Create free product in aMember CP -> Manage Products with negative price_group for example -93847 Then sent this link to user for signup: /amember/signup.php?price_group=-93847
