Hi.. I am creating custom templates for my site and I get that I can copy the templates from the view folder into my own custom theme folder and change them but how can this be done with the help desk? It does not have a template in the view folder. I am just looking to change helpdesk templates, so when I update it does not overwrite them. Just in case the question comes up, I am talking about the helpdesk plugin that comes with aMember. Thanks in Advance.
