Cron jobs failing

I get the following message from cron daemon

Set-Cookie: PHPSESSID=h4fm3ueqpb8242aci9im2h35r4; path=/; HttpOnly

Can some one explain what this means.

I have set up the cron job in GoDaddy using the URL path using their browse feature to get to the cron job.php file.

I also set it up in amember's cron job tab in the members area. It ran once and failed so far.
I am still getting the red message that cron job has never been run.
I am new to this and could use some help.

The red meesage box is gone from the dashboard. I disabled the cron job at GoDaddy and set it up in the member area. This is the URL I am using http://www.xandolabs.com/amember/cron
