Just a note to Alex & the crew - there are some cookie issues with logging into the forum/members area/support area here that you might wanna look into. Sometimes logging into the members area works just fine and logs you into the other 2 areas, and sometimes when logged into the forum and trying to sign into the support area there is no way to get past the Sign In link (as in, the log in form doesn't even show up, nor are you shown as logged in). And the cookies expire way too early - if I was you I'd leave the cookies permanent or something...
