Does anyone know where I can get a complete list of the variables for the email templates? e.g. %user.login% They don't seem to be anywhere in the help wiki.
Since we are allowed to create additional fields, can we use them as place holders / merge tags in the email templates. For example my Membership manager for an alumni group wants the sign up form to have class year which I made into a required field called cls_yr. She want the email to her to show the person's class year. I've tried to follow syntax and inserted %cls_yr% but it didn't seem to work
You ca create your own placeholders for email template. Have a look http://www.amember.com/docs/How_to_add_custom_placeholders_to_email_templates
It is available Edit Template window at the bottom. Please note that list is different for each template. So some variables may not work for some templates.
