Clickbank error on product page

I tried adding the clickbank ID in the product page and got this error when I saved:

Cannot update product: You MUST enter Clickbank Product ID while you're using Clickbank Plugin

Clickbank plugin is activated and configured (with API keys etc)

And BTW, is product clickbank IS the same as the item name is my CB account?

Clickbank ID is the item number in clickbank- not the product name.

Where do I find the Id then in Clickbank?

All I see is an Item column that's composed of alpha and numeric. My product's is cg30 and that's what I entered in amember when I got the above error.

Then there seem to be an error in Amember, because we are allowed to use letters and dashes in CB, and this caused the error above. I changed the item ID to a number and it worked fine.
