got a simple one hear...just need clarification...

can I add new automatic emails after someone
has already signed up and be sure they get them
in the pre-set periods (kinda after thought emails)?

example: person signed up 7 days ago and i just thought
of an email i want to go out at 14 days...can i just
load it into templates and put it in auto email function
and be sure it goes out to them on day 14 (seven days later
    in this example)?

    thanks much
    Kevin:)

If I understand your question right, it is exactly what Auto-emails feature in aMember product settings supposed to do. So, why you ask this? May be I don't understood question?

    auto emails answered..

i wasn't sure if all the emails had to be set up first or if i could add
auto-emails after someone subscribed as long as the followup days they are sent beyond their subscription time (example; signed up for 7 days and i added one that was to go out after 3 days, i would assume they wouldn't receive it because the time had passed.....) but i wanted to make sure if i set up emails for 'future' days after their subscription time that they would be receiving them (i think of things sometimes after the fact and wanted to make sure i could add emails and still have the active subscribers receive them even though they weren't in the 'system' when they signed up....

hope that explains my thought process....

    thanks for getting back
    kevin :)

aMember counts days of subscription daily based on information entered as "begin" and "expiration" date of subscription. It doesn't make sense when these records was really added.
