CCBill User Management

    Hi All

    Does anyone know if User Management needs to be switched on in CCBill.

    I did the following:

    1 - signed up on my site for an item
    2 - got to CCbill, entered card details but card processing failed
    3 - went back to my site (user already in my members system at this point) and tried to buy the item again.
    4 - CCBill gave me a "duplicate user" error

    so what happened was the first transaction that failed, still created the user in CCBill. The second attempt told me the user already existed.

    This also means that if one of my users buys one product - they cannot buy another product.

    Is nobody else having an issue with this? Is there a reason we actually need user management on the ccbill side?
