I wish to send out subscription expiration notifications 14 days prior to expiration. I am running aMember PRO 3.2.3. I went to aMember > CP > Setup/Configuration > E-Mail and the days for notification is set to "1", so that expiration notices are going out the day before expiration. This is working. However, as the attached screenshot shows, the box containing "1" is grayed out and there is no way I can change this number. Is this number set elsewhere? I also looked in Manage Products, where each of our subscription types has Expiration Notification set to Default. Am I missing something?
