hello, one of my customer want to cancel subscription made via clickbank, but when i try to do it for him, i click on cancel under the product name, it says access denied.... is there any other way to cancel the subscription? on clickbank? thank you for your answers.
The problem can be in incorrect API keys. Check Clickbank plugin configurations and make sure that both API keys you have there are correct.
So it doesn't work from amember CP only ? if so there seems to be a bug in plugin. Please contact us in helpdesk and provide access info. We need to check system logs in order to investigate this issue.
