Can we legally use Paypal Pro - it isn't even compliant.

    Amember advertisers Paypal Pro, but it's not even compliant yet so how can we implement this to our site in working order? Does anyone have a site example with it in use?

    Can you elaborate on what you mean by "it is not even compliant yet".

    Compliant with what / who and what is the specific issue?

    Inside configuration -> paypal pro:

    "This plugin is currently in BETA testing stage, some functions may work unstable.Please test it carefully before use.
    WARNING! Every application processing credit card information, must be certified as PA-DSS compliant, and every website processing credit cards must be certified as PCI-DSS compliant.
    aMember Pro is not yet certified as PA-DSS compliant. We will start certification process once we get 4.2.0 branch released and stable. This plugins is provided solely for TESTING purproses Use it for anything else but testing at your own risk."

    The PayPalPro plugin does not store credit card information locally on your server and communicates via secure channels.. Is it "legal" to use, of course.. This message is such that you understand that it has not yet been certified (which the majority on the web have not) and the time line it is starting the process.
