When someone buys my membership, they become an active member to that product. Is it possible to downgrade them (i.e. transfer them) to another product in aMember when they are no longer a paying customer (i.e. expired status)? I've seen the option to only offer certain products on the condition that the member has an expired membership to another product, but I was wondering if this could be done automatically. In other words, I want them to automatically become an active member of product 2 when they expire from product 1. Is that possible?
