Hi, I bought a licence to upgrade my version from 3.8.1 to v4 however after purchase I discovered the upgrade app doesnt support upgrade from my current version, Am I eligible for support to upgrade me as part of my purchase of the upgrade licence I already paid for or do I have to make another purchase to pay for support to do it?
