so when you use helpdesk you get of course tickets open and closed lets say you want to look at a ticket of someone you removed of the site? or banned? so you go to acp tickets under helpdesk and you have at top Tickets Assigned to Me (no records) so from drop down you pick closed tickets this should show all closed tickets in myeyes but i get No rows selected for operation, please click on checkboxes, then repeat ???? also again under helpdesk i have 6 next to dashboard on clicking it 5 grayed out tickets? bug or?
This drop down list is not filter but action. You select multiple ticket(s) and change status for it to closed in bulk. Empty list in section 'My Tickets' means you have not active ticket assigned to you.
