Block same email from being entered and associated with two accounts?

    Is this possible? I would like it so if someone subscribes and cancels their subscription they can't just create a new subscription in the future using the normal method if they use the same email address ... they would have to login with their expired login and pass into the member area and then choose from the available options ... this would force people who let their subscription lapse to not have access to the same promos as new, first-time subscribers.

    Get it? Anyway to do this ... prevent people from continuing with the same email?
