Automatic logouts

I updated wordpress and was hving the issue with not being able to access my WP-Admin. There apparently was an update for amember to fix this (though no update notification was seen in my amember cp)

I downloaded the update, updated my plugin, and now am not seeing the problem.

Instead, my admin session only lasts for a second, sometimes not even that. After putting my credentials into wp-admin, it either A: Takes me to the dashboard and then continues over and over to request my credentials, or B: it just accepts the credentials and leaves me on the login page.

This is getting frustrating. Please help
