Automatic email to members who cancel their memberships

    Hello,

    I am using aMember 2.3.8PRO. I would like to send an automatic email to people who cancel their membships.

    I've checked in the products panel and in the configuration and I can't find where I would do this...

    Is this possible?

    I'm not sure about your aMember version, but here's how I do this in v3.0.8. Go to Configuration > E-mails > checkbox for "Send Cancel Notification for User"

    Highly recommended to upgrade to the latest version - for security and the features you need.

    I have done a few upgrades from v2.x to v3.1.6, and my clients are very happy with the results.
