we know we can make a auto welcome help-desk ticket for new members on joining and in that i use it for some small rules and links and how too`s what i want to know is there a way to do a auto help-desk when their membership is ended? I have emails set up for monthly subs 2 days before it is due to end as a reminder for payment and auto payments. But as i do day memberships and weekend passes, this of course does work well i would like a way to say membership ended, if no payment in x days, account removed ect is there a way as well to remove pending accounts after x days?
