I have an inconsistent issue going on with my Authorize.net CIM setup. Normally when a user signups up, it will process 2 transactions: 1. A $0.00 transaction, I'm assuming to set the account in CIM. 2. A trial dollar amount transaction for an actual payment. There are several times a day when a person will sign up and only the first transaction will take place. The second transaction never happens so the user stays as "Pending". I can login as the user and authorize the charge, if they ask me to. A user contacted me today and said the CIM stalled and never finished when this happened. So I'm not sure if it an authorize.net issue, amember issue or my websites issue. Any one else seeing this or any input is much appreciated.
Contact us in helpdesk and provide amember CP login/password and example of user who have this issue. In order to check this I need to see transaction logs.
Hey Alex. Just wanted to follow up with you on this. I have found that it only happens to AOL users that forget to input their email address in the Authorize.net CIM pop-up. I guess it's a network thing with AOL. Just in case anyone else runs into this.
