Good evening, I need an explanation, then I have to create three in AMEMBERS form of support for my clients, but each of these forms must be associated with a product that is purchased. How do I bind a form to request assistance with a product ???? It's possible ????
I am afraid there is not ability to setup multiple helpdesk form. Helpdesk module support only single form but this form can contain categories of request. Also form can have additional fields of any type based on chosen category. New categories can be added at aMember CP -> Helpdesk -> Categories New fields can be added at aMember CP -> Helpdesk -> Fields Best Regards.
