Asking for payment twice ?

    I assume this is an error, but support has asked for payment from me twice. I really want to try the software.

    Obviously you do not need to pay twice for same thing. I guess our staff just mix up something. As I know this issue is already resolved, is not it? In event of it is still actuall please contact us in heldpesk.
