I am trying to grant API permissions in the hope it fixes the error YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO MAKE THIS API CALL but I can't find any up to date documentation on this? Has anyone else encountered this problem and know of a fix? Thanks in advance
I have spoken to tech support at Paypal and they say this is an issue with Amember as everything is set correctly in Paypal... Any help on this?
Hi Alex, Yes I did that this morning... Ticket number is LKT-85934-461 - I also email you as the ticket wasn't showing up in helpdesk. Please let me know if you need the log in details again... I have spoken further with Paypal and they are still insisting its not their end. Many thanks Shelley
Dear Shelley, you have version 3.0.8 installed. Please update your upgrades subscription at http://www.amember.com/amember/member then you will be able to download 3.2.4, take the paypal_pro plugin from it (if you do not want to make complete upgrade), and you will get everything worked. PayPal changed its protocols several times since 2008 and of course 3.0.8 will not work today.
