Don't know definitive answer but it could be related to payment processor used or it could be the way system is designed because of the calculations involved with counting that many days. Out of interest what happens if you enter period as 12 months?
I think you are using paypal for your payment? If so, I think they go out a max on days of 90. So you need to use 1 year instead. David
