Amember & Wordpress 2.9.2

Hi there,

i installed amember 3.1.8TRIAL yesterday and got it up and running so far.

I want to use it to protect my Wordpress posts.(using WP 2.9.2)

The only problem is this.

When i sign up to amember it creates a new user in amember as well as an Wordpress user with the speciyfied Role.

So far so good....but:

when i want to login , it logs me into amember but not into Wordpress.

In other words the sidebar widget tells me im logged in but
wordpress tells me im not.

what is the problem here.?


Is the Amember Wordpress-plugin inside the trial Version the actual one?
It lets me choose my Wp version up to 2.6 wich lets me think its outdated.

If so, where can i get an actual trialversion of the plugin??

i really like amemebr and i thinking about buying it, but i want to make absolutley sure that its does the job right for me. (including the plugin)

I think the trial version of amembers plugins arent up to date.
Maybe a tech support will get you an updated version.

I am having the same issue. One would think that amember would have the current plugins inside the demo. I assume they know majority of people will use the demo before buying so they can be sure it is going to do what they want..
