Amember not updating recurring Paypal subscription

    For the past 4 or 5 months, I have a customer whose account will not recognize his recurring payment and update his subscription accordingly. I have to go in manually add a new product (1month subscriptions)
    How can I go about getting amember to get back on track and recognize Paypal payment so that is automatically updates his subscription when payment is received?

    Currently using version 3.

    I get this on v4, sometimes I can't even add anything manually as it comes up with an error

    For v3, when you add manual payment set it's receipt id to paypal's subscription_id
