aMember Changes User Status to "Expired"

    I set up a product. It had a 7 day free trial and then a monthly payment. Apparently, I did not set up the cron job correctly. I am working on that issue now. Now what seems to happening is that as soon as a user reaches the end of the trial period, aMember automatically changes their status to "Expired." I am getting complaints from users saying they tried to login but were told they have "no active subscription." Clearly they are not cancelling their subscriptions. How do I fix this? I will need a bit of time to figure out the cron job issue and I don't want all of my subscribers to be locked out in the meantime.

    Cron job runs various tasks so if this is not running correctly member records might not be updated correctly.

    So how do I change their status back to "active"?

    Go into their payment record and change the date of the expiration to one in the future.
