aMember Pro is a "no-brainer" for anyone considering a subcription based website. Look at the features - Look at the price... We've been using aMember Pro from the beginning at www.ShumanConcepts.com - it's simple for us and it's even easier for our members... BUT - What good is a great application without OUTSTANDING customer support??? While I've never had a problem using aMember Pro, I have had problems with my hosting service... A recent example was their decision to change to suPHP and change permissions on files and directories... My first reaction was panic - however a quick e-mail to cgi-central support, and Alex had us back in action in no time. CGI-Central has always been there when we needed customizations or when we have had "dumb user" questions - FAST!! As incredible of an application aMember Pro is, it's the support that we get from CGI-Central that makes it INDISPENSABLE! I don't know *how* you do it - but - Thanks again for all of your help!!
