Affiliate recurring commision

Hi,

Is it possible for the built in affiliate system to send commission's on recurring payments.

for example. If I get referred and pay $100 a month, is it possible for the referrer to get 30% of my payment every month?

If not, is there some kind pf plugin or extension I can use to allow this?

The affiliate system is designed to work with both one time and recurring payments.
