    I'm still looking into what combination of software I will be needing.

    Can you elaborate a little more on the "Built-in 1-tier affiliate program with recurring commissions support"

    Do I still need to get another affiliate management program, or will this handle the basic functionality of a 1 tier affiliate program and handle paying affiliates via Paypal?

    Sure this will handle basic 1-tier affiliate programm functionality and support payouts to paypal.
