Hello Amember tracks recurring commissions for affiliates, if someone cancels the recurring commission amember automatically stops tracking that commission to that affiliate correct? also - what about refunds? We manually process refunds for customers in our merchant account correct? Do we need to manually go in and change an affiliate's commission? and subtract money out? if so how do we change an affiliate commission. Thank you! Sharon
Correct Correct. yes you need to void commissions. Find payment that must be refunded in aMember CP -> payments Edit that payment, at the bottom you will see all commissions that were generated by payment, and will be able to refund commissions.
