    I use the Cart addon.

I would like to achieve this user expirience:
    Add to cart -> Basket ->Register ->Payment

I was able to change the shopping cart so that after adding clicking "Add to cart" on
Wordpress page the link places a product in cart and redirects to the Basket (and not to default Cart with all products).

Now when I press "Checkout" on the "Basket" page it brings me to a "Login" page. I dont want this because most of my users are new and it makes more sense to bring them to the "Signup page".
    How can i do that?

The second point is that when i enter the user data on the "Signup page"it brinds me back to "Cart" page. I dont want that because it breaks the purchase process. Instead i would like that after the user signs up...he lands on the last "Choose payment type" page.
    How could i do that?

It is schedules for amember 4.3.0 release.
Currently this can be done as customization only. Contact us in helpdesk if you need this mod.

    Alex,

I am working on my 2nd AMember site - we launch in less than 2 weeks...

When the user chooses the "Checkout" button, the process is currently BROKEN. It takes the user to the sign-in page (with a little "New Users" link lurking at the bottom).

Instead, when user presses "Checkout" button, the process needs to:

    1) Take user to the sign-up page first,
    2) If it's an existing user that's not logged on, have a small link "Existing users log-in here..."

95% of shopping cart purchases are new users, especially for new businesses and sites.

I need a workaround for this now, so I can fix my shopping cart checkout process.

I'm fine with making PHP source code changes or whatever I have to do to get this fixed for our launch.

    Thank you.
    Rick

    Rick,
