Add Subscription

Hello..I successfully installed the demo to amemberpro (thanks alex). My only caveat is that I can't demonstrate how to permit a member to add a new subscription. For instance:

1. I created 3 products/subscriptions: bronze, silver and gold
2. I created a user and assigned them the "bronze" product
3. When the user logs in and navigates to their members page:

http://steinbergsite.massagecenters.com/ioncube/amember2/member.php

..the list of products in the membership type list is only "bronze". It appears the membership type "descriptions" for the products "silver" and "gold" appear as static text next to the list box.

Question: How can I demonstrate in the DEMO that a customer who has the "bronze" product can UPGRADE themselves (or add) the silver or gold package?
