This is a pre-sales forum, so one assumes it was set up by the company for people thinking of buying the product for them to ask "pre-sales" questions?

But look at all the questions with zero response! Is there a faster or better way to get a pre-sales response for those of us thinking of...you guessed it...spending money?

They assume people read it, it appears you don't. It says to contact them for support etc. to submit a ticket......

Why bother having it as an open forum then?

Have a sticky post and close the forum to posts rather than not answer legitimate pre-sales questions.

They hope friendly people like us help each other out and share experiences and do bonding and such. It also saves time if you search the forum first etc.
