Hello, I have multiple products set up. When subscribed to, the user gets access to a link (web page outside of Amember). I have existing products set up and working just fine and I added a new product, set up the link to provide access when new product is subscribed to. Everything appears to be configured correctly and exactly how the products that are working are configured. If I subscribe to a test account and click on the link, I get an Access Denied page (attached). Thanks for any help. Is there an easier way to hire an Amember expert to help with small stuff on an ongoing basis?
