A Member not adding time to subscriptions

    We are having random problems where A Member is not adding time to users subscriptions. Sometimes it's immediately after they pay, sometimes it's after a recurring payment. There doesn't seem to be a specific product / membership type to point to as it's happening on all products but not every transaction. Has anyone experienced anything similar? If so, any ideas where to troubleshoot?
