5 Days So Far script still not working!

    Why has it taken 5 days so far to get the script to work? Well, since support doesn't answer tickets, I will take a guess! They don't care about helping you out once they get your MONEY???

    This poster is obviously an idiot. As we all know support via https://www.cgi-central.net/support/ is amazingly fast. Even if you post to these unsupported forums you get help within 24 hours or so. I *would* have been happy to help and I check the forums daily. I refuse to help such a venomous poster though.

    I get an answer in about 8 hours when I used there ticketed support... sounds like your not using ticketed support correctly maybe?

    By the way 8 hours for each question? I gues the script will function right in about 4 months!!!!

    Tommy, I just made refund, so it is not fraud. And I really recommend you to contact your doctor ASAP. Don't be offended, just read YOUR posts.

    Regarding support - I cannot see where it still be unanswered 5 days. It is not-answered 8 hours, but when you has been promised immediate reply? We don't promise it, because it is impossible, we are not Microsoft, and we cannot offer immediate support. We guarantee response within 24 hours or faster. Of course, usually it is better, but currently there is only one support specialist available, so answers are little slower. It will be better from the next week.

    All Tommy's problems are resolved - he now have re-ordered aMember, and after a day he ordered an additional copy. If he wants, he will say something in this topic. Of course, I cannot force him to do that.
