2CO ERROR CODE:PE102

    Having problems with my signup page, after people signup then go to the 2co payment page, it just gives me this

    An error has occurred during checkout.
    Please contact the seller and reference the error code below.
    ERROR CODE:pE102

    I've created a support ticket, but no response for 3 days.

    Anyone else had this issue?

    Just in case you haven't received my reply in helpdesk I will copy it in forum as well:
    It seems there is a problem with your account setup.
