i had a help desk ticket for 2 members whose money was late for membership i went to stripe and removed their cards. today i sign into the amember site, there is no tickets? nothing in logs for the members at all has stripe some how removed them from amember? or did the 2 members somehow remove themselves? delete account?
Stripe can't remove users from your database, and by default your user can't remove account himself. user can do this if you have drop-me plugin installed. That plugin adds "delete account" link to member's area.
as far as i know i dont strange as looked around and logged in as a few members and dont see how they got deleted also as i said, the tickets i sent them saying days late on money are gone
