Client signs up, monthly recurring, 1 payment fails via paypal, paypal will try again automatically in 4 days. Amember expires account. Client panics, signs up again for a second account, monthly recurring, paypal successfully bills original account 4 days later, client has now paid 2 times and has 2 subscriptions for the same thing. Amember should not disable clients account after 1 failed paypal payment, please give me some wisdom here. How do I fix this?
No answers to this one? I have the same issue. Right now I have created a separate product for my subscriptions. When a failed payment comes through I go in and give them 5-day access through the "5-day extension" product. It's a crappy workaround, and I wish aMember would wait to cancel the subscriber until Paypal cancels the subscriber.
