Hi I'm trying to install the Joomla plugin and cant seem to get the configuration in control panel to work with my database properly. I've tried all combinations possible but still get this error: Joomla Db and Prefix - incorrect value. Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax near '-_jazzqld.jos_users LIMIT 1' at line 1 My Joomla Db and Prefix is: jazzqueensland_com_-_jazzqld.jos_ seems to be reading the database fine but has an issue at table jos_users. Can you please advise as to what may be the trouble. Many thanks, Jim Budd
Hi there, did you ever figure this out? If so could you post back? I'm getting the same error. I've seen a few posts on this and everyone just says go ask cgi-central for support. Will they even respond to free accounts? It looks like it is trimming the front off the db name before the first hyphen '-' db name is 'web35-secrets326' I really want to test this software out with Joomla but so far the results look like it's not very compatible. I'm using Joomla 1.5.
