    Hello dev,

I need assistance on setting up product. Here is the scheme:

    I have 2 membership plan:
    1. Standart Feature
      • free one month
      • 175 per month
      • 1788 per year
    2. Full Feature
      • 250 per month
      • 2388 per year
On both plans, member can add another product called "Outlet" for 75 per month.

    First Question is:
Can I charge the "Outlet" price in accordance with the duration left?
For example: Member purchase monthly Standart Feature on 1st February, then on February 20 he buy Outlet Plan.
So on the next month, he will billed both on the same time.

    Second:
This is a recurring plan. Can I made it available for user to purchase two month subscribtion at once?
I tried to enable the "allow user to change quantity" check box, the amount is doubled, but the expiration date is still one month.

Next question will be added later.
    Thanks

I have been using the same scheme for years, and here is how I do it:

    1. Set up a product for each product
    2. Set up a product delivery page for each product (add links to this page to upgrades)
    3. Set up a sales page for each product
    4. Set up a form for each product

I also use OTO function but I don't think this will apply to your situation.

    Does that make sense?

    Thanks relapse,
I think I should find another way around.

Is it possible for user to purchase a plan, activate for free, and start bill them on the first day of next amonth?

FYI, our product is an online application.

    Sure.

    1. Simply set it up as I outlined above
    2. When setting up the product, make the first 30 days free
    3. Below that, set up Rebill Times to bill on first of second month

    no.
I mean, whatever the date the user sign up,
the next bill is always date "1" of the next month.
    not always 30 days.

    Thanks relapse

    ok thank you @caesar
I wish you guys could response quickly, in forum or Support Ticket.
We have a deadline to catch.
So if it's not possible, we can try another way.

    oh one more question
can I display the expired product on member page?
so they can choose to continue their subscribtion instead of choosing another subscription plan

    Why allow it to expire?

If you choose the option "Rebill" option to make it run until cancelled.

You can find this on the product page.

    of course
i did setup the rebill price
but when the user did not pay the next month yet,
the rebill link is not displayed on member page.
so they have to pick the subscription plan again to continue.
I don't know, does it count as the second month or the first month again (free).

Yes, they will be able to sign up again with the free month.

Here is how to fix the issue:

    1. Go to the original product page
    2. Scroll down to "product availability"
    3. Choose "Disallow ordering of this product if user has"
    4. Choose expired subscription to "product name"
    5. Save (prevents customer from signing up twice)

    THEN:

    1. Create a duplicate product: "original product name + restart"
    2. Set billing to first month regular price (not free)
    3. Bill till cancelled
    4. Save
    5. Create new sign up form for this duplicate product and save

    THEN:

    1. >> Protect Content >> Links >> Create new record
    2. Add title
    3. URL = Link to your duplicate product sign up form
    4. Access Permissions = Original Product; Start to Forever

This will place a link in the active resources (even after the subscription ends) that leads to your sign up for for the regular monthly price/subscription.

If they are interested in regaining access, the will click the link and sign up again.
