Cannot adding access permission to the product in content protect

Hello,

I have an issue with my Amember. I have setup the product then I want to add protection file permission to the product but it's doesn't work.

I test it with user account with active membership but doesn't show the product that I assign to the subscription.

I also use WordPress and myBB plugin and it's doesn't work too when using integration setup to the product.

Is there something wrong with my settings? any help and solutions would be appreciated. Thanks

Yes. you have to click on the drop down menu and click on the product name, it should then be listed below the box like shown in the picture below. Once you have all the products you want associated with this content listed below the box, you click on "Save".

Thanks for prompt reply. Yes, i do it but it's not listed even I've choosen the product as you can see on the screenshot. I know it should be listed but it's not. Any advice?

I just found the problem causing this issue based on Alex post: http://www.amember.com/forum/threads/trying-to-add-new-video-with-protect-content-feature-but-the-make-access-free-button-wont-work.15902/#post-61198

I was integrated Amember with WordPress and installing the w3 total cache plugin. When I deactivated this plugin, everythings working fine.

I think Amember team should make an update for this so the plugin and Amamber file doesn't conflict anymore.
