Urgent- Need a coder w/ Amember affiliate reporting experience- will pay top dollar

    I'm having a problem with affiliate commission reporting in Amember and their support desk is no help. I'm losing money everyday because affiliates are promoting the site but not seeing the transactions in their affiliate reporting or getting their email notifications. Please help

    aMembers support desk is fine IMO.
    Version of aMember? Server specs? Error log?
    What does the aMember team say?
    Lot of quesions...

    rdouglas2, are you certain amember's support team has received your request for help? In all the years I've peppered Support with questions, they ALWAYS respond within 24 hours.

    Granted, sometimes the language barrier forces a few back-and-forth emails in order to clarify and resolve. Also, I wish I could dial in and get help. However, for the price of amember, their email support is top notch.

    I've run amember's built-in affiliate but I chose to go with JAM instead (www.jrox.com).
